Eskan complies with the Bribery Act 2010 and applicable anti-bribery and anti-corruption law. We may process identity, business-relationship, due-diligence, transaction, gift and hospitality, conflict, allegation and investigation data to prevent, detect and investigate bribery, corruption, fraud and related misconduct; screen relevant parties; maintain registers; obtain advice; and report or respond to authorities where appropriate. If compliance processing involves special-category or criminal-offence data, we process it only where a condition under the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018 applies and with appropriate safeguards.

6. Cookies, local storage and reCAPTCHA

We use essential session and security technologies where needed to provide features you request, such as signing in and protecting forms. We use local storage to remember your cookie choice. Optional third-party technology is not loaded until you consent where consent is required.

If you accept optional cookies or choose to load the relevant feature, Google reCAPTCHA may process technical and interaction information, including your IP address, browser/device information and behaviour signals, to assess spam and abuse risk. Google's handling is governed by its Privacy Policy and Terms. You can submit our contact form without enabling reCAPTCHA; we use alternative security controls in that case.
